Rates are £95 p/hr hour or £150 for up to two hours of guidance and assistance.

- A review of complex paperwork to offer guidance as to contents and next steps;
- Signposting and helping you to contact an appropriate specialist service where appropriate;
- Assisting you to prepare, strengthen or improve a complaint, warning or other pre-action letter
- Guiding you through making and submitting an online request for information;
- Helping you draft a response to an organisation;
- Supporting you to make Subject Access Requests (SAR) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
Every matter is approached individually, taking into account your circumstances and objectives.
